Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms govern access to BidPilot, a business decision-support service operated by Andrea Bonizzato. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you can bind yourself or the organisation you represent to these terms.
The service
BidPilot extracts and organises tender information, produces a transparent fit score, and assists with compliance and response drafting. It is not legal, procurement, financial, or professional advice. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked against the source documents by a qualified user before submission or reliance.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not use the service unlawfully; bypass access controls or usage limits; interfere with the service; upload malware; infringe third-party rights; or use generated content without reviewing whether you have the right and authority to do so.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant the operator and its service providers a limited licence to host, copy, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to upload and process it.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, limits, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal or support channel. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. The operator may change future pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change to improve security, performance, or product fit. We may suspend access for security risks, non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties. The operator is not responsible for lost procurement opportunities, tender rejection, missed requirements, or decisions made from unverified output. Any liability limitations, governing law, venue, service levels, and negotiated data terms should be stated in the applicable order form or customer agreement and cannot exclude rights that law makes mandatory.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan at any time. The operator may terminate access for a material breach or where continuing the service would create legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
